Homeowners Association Fiscal responsibilites include: |

- Prepare and recommend annual operating budgets to the Board of Directors
- Maintain reserve account and project cash flow
- Prepare "Capital Improvement" plan for Board consideration
- Collection of assessments and other income. (billing, posting, recording, deposits, etc.)
- Maintain property and Homeowner ledgers
- Establish accounting procedures and banking accounts
- Prepare financial statements of income and expense for Board of Directors
